A straightforward hotel in Leeds with outstanding staff with very efficient service. Good breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Nice building, great and super location really close to Close to town centre where Paul can meet family, future concerts in Leeds, and restaurants and takeaways in Headingley. 10 minutes' walk to Headingley st Columba.

Stayed at a neat and well heated room with clean bedding, kettle, for example. The breakfast was fresh made and satisfactory with yogurt and orange juice, for instance and had something for everyone. That hotel was in a good location, near to a bus stop into town.

We find it great value for money in Leeds. Marvellous and incredible location, it was really close to eateries in Headingly for the evening, pubs and restaurants and all the bars, restaurants, cricket ground and even a movie theater or two.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable time staying at this good value hotel. The staff were genuinely helpful and provided help. We spent 1 night in standard double room with a shared bathroom, TV and heating.
